You can Fit 2 "dvd" style game cases side by side. However, the depth is a bit tight where the flaps fold in.
XBox and Wii seem to have thinner cases and seem to work well in this application PS2 and Gamecube are thicker it seems and it's a tighter fit.
I would recommend trying a couple of these first before buying a large quantity.
